This beach is amazing. It has an awesome variety of stuff to do but mainly because of the big rock! Low tide you really have to time it with the swell but jumping off of the rock into the swell and body surfing your way into the beach is pretty hard to beat! It was pretty busy all 3 times I went but there was definitely enough space to get barreled without crashing into other people!
