“sustainable winery in Walla Walla”
Our estate vineyards—Seven Hills, Pepper Bridge, and Les Collines—produce some of the most sought-after grapes in the state. Within these vineyards we dedicate ourselves to being stewards of the land and are leaders in the practices of sustainable agriculture. Quality, hospitality and sustainability are our underlying values. Critics often say our wines have a phenomenally good quality-to-price ratio. Our estate vineyards: Les Collines, Goff, Seven Hills, and Pepper Bridge, are farmed sustainably. We build up the soil's health rather than deplete it and seek out earth-friendly alternatives to fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides. We are committed to not only preserving, but also improving the land for future generations. And we insist on having good time while we're doing it all!
