“See the cop car hit by a UFO!”
Settler's Square consists of a complex of buildings representing a small village of the 1880's. Stroll down the boardwalk and visit the many storefront shops. Stop at the Railroad Depot, church, country school and log cabins of the early settlers. See the Cook Car, a mobile dining facility used in the days of the Bonanza Farms. See the Sheriff's UFO Car, 1912 Maxwell, Hart Parr Steamer, Studebaker Wagon of 1870's and much more.
The museum gets busy during the county fair and may be closed during the winter months. The real draw here is obviously the cop car supposedly hit by a UFO, but the other history and cars like the 1912 Maxwell are also a treat in a museum that's completely free. They do take donations, so don't be a tightwad.
