About our Chef Christopher Lambeth is a 1989 graduate of Johnson & Wales University’s Culinary Arts Program. He has lived and traveled throughout the country, working at some of the finest restaurants and hotels. His experience has ranged from the “Four Seasons Hotel” in Washington, DC; “Palace Café” in New Orleans, the famed “ Le Bernardin” in NYC; “Vail Cascade Hotel and Club” in Vail, CO, and “Campagne” of Seattle.
