Tony Cibel, patriarch of the Oceanside Management Family of restaurants, which includes Tony and Joe’s Seafood Place, Nick’s Riverside Grille and The Rockfish (in Annapolis), is a native Washingtonian. Tony has two sons and two nephews involved in his business operations, making sure that a family member pays attention to the numerous details so necessary to operating restaurants.
