City of Wayne Historical Museum

An historic museum housed in an 1878 former village hall. Contains extensive early maps, documents and photos as well as displays of Civil War, industry, school, early home and village artifacts. We also have original water colors by Louise Garrison and we provide extensive genealogy research, programs and information for school groups, etc. We have historic photos and books by two local authors for purchase. Come in and learn some fun facts about the new Wayne History Mural located in the heart of our downtown! Please phone for hours of operation.
