Uncle Willie's

I ordered the pulled pork with coleslaw. I ordered my meat without the sauce. I specifically ordered it that way so i can taste the flavor of the meat which didn't have a lot of flavor. It didn't have the smokiness I was looking for. I had to add the sauce which was watered down to my meat to give it flavor. The slaw had sauteed onions and peppers. I was a little disappointed because I was hoping to walk out of the restaurant smelling like BBQ but needless to say that did not happen nor did I have the smoky aftertaste or the burnt pieces stuck in between my teeth.
