Come visit and see a recreated 1751 Fort Toulouse, recreated Creek Indian houses, partially restored 1814 American Fort Jackson, and 1,000-year-old Indian mound. Experience nature on the William Bartram Nature Trail. Fort Toulouse - Fort Jackson Park hosts Alabama Frontier Days in November, one of the largest living history events in the state. The park also hosts the French and Indian War Encampment in April and living history weekends every month.
