“freshest seafood around!”
The Anchor is located in Wilmington’s Historical District in a charming replica (the original burnt down in 2010) of a circa 1850’s building that originally housed a maple syrup cannery. New England seafood, lobsters and shellfish are the house specialty, offered along with grilled steaks, chops and memorable specials. Enjoy dining on both floors in our cozy, relaxed dining rooms, outdoor porches or the more casual and lively atmosphere of our beautiful marble and oak barroom. Our comfortable bar area, a favorite of the locals, features our full menu, bar specials, Vermont microbrews, hi-definition flatscreen TV's, and lots of laughs.
Amazing place. Friendly service. Large portions and the food is great! If you are in the Mount Snow Valley, head to the Anchor!
