Middleton Brewing is the realization of a dream by Kim and Dennis Middleton. We opened for business in the Summer of 2011 in the quaint community of Wimberley, Texas. We work hard to brew and serve a wonderful range of Belgium and American style ales, and we actively support the local home brewing scene by running a home brew shop just upstairs above the pub.

Great place to go with your dogs. Most dog friendly place I've ever been to!! I'll be back!
