Welcome to "the pig out in barbeque" where "it's swine dining at it's finest"! the pig out inn opened in 1996 in natchez, ms one block from the mighty mississippi river at 116 s. canal street. the owners anne and archie willett lived in dallas, texas for many years and learned the barbeque trade from friends who own several "bakers ribs bbq" in the dallas area. the pig opened with a "bang" in march of that year during the spring pilgrimage and has been "smoking" ever since.
