Araluen Old Courthouse Bed and Breakfast was built in 1886 during the gold rush era. Guests can enjoy the original courtroom, police room, prisoner exercise yard and two jail cells which have been converted to comfortable guests rooms with en suite, sitting area, DVD player, tea/coffee facilities. The original quarters of the resident policemen suits families. The tariff includes a cooked breakfast and in-house evening meals can be provided upon request. Self-catering is an option in the guest kitchen, housed in the original gold store room. An ideal venue for groups of up to 10 people or a peaceful getaway.
