We pride our selves in our use of local fresh produce grown in the rich, northeast corner of New South Wales.

Our policy is to only use ethical meats and eggs and also organic where possible. We even have our own vegie patch and native bee hive.

All our baking is done in house.

Coffee is the best around. 4 size choices and all have decent amounts of "shots" in them. Tried a few other places during our 3 night stay at Salt however worth the drive into Kingscliffe for this... Read more
