Elkhorn Ridge/Phantom Bridge Trail #3347 is an easy to moderate 0.25 mile hike at an elevation of 4,400 feet. Phantom Bridge is a rock arch which developed on the edge of a thick flow or series of flows of basalt. The arch is probably due to the collapse of part of the roof of an overhang or shallow cave-like impression. It is about 40 feet across. There are overviews of Opal Lake and Mt. Jefferson.
