“stay & go antiquing in Gladewater!”
Antique Capital RV Park is located in Gladewater, Texas, a pretty little town in East Texas that just happens to have a vast supply of antique stores. Gladewater is a beautiful place to spend 2 or 3 days to take in all the stores and try the local restaurants. The Antique Capital RV Park is located just a few miles from an 18-hole golf course and the city lake with a swimming beach and excellent fishing. Or, you can fish in our lake here at the park.

Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on August 14, 2020A real jewel of East Texas... super close to the Gladewater antique stores. Nice folks who own and run this place. Well-maintained. Good wifi. I like that the spots aren’t jammed together super tight.
Anyway, we’ll definitely be here again.

The park was a pretty nice park and the older office lady is super sweet. Showers, laundry and gym were super clean and well maintained. Only issues We have had with this park as well as a few others we talked to are that they seem to play favorites and only certain people have to follow rules. We were told our kids were to not be outside unsupervised(though it’s not in the actual rules) or they would ask us to leave but there were NUMEROUS kids outside unattended and were all over the park doing whatever they wanted. We were also told that we could temporarily put a tote on top of our camper when we realized we had a leak and the park also told us to take it down or we would be asked to leave. The maintenance man knocked on our door to complain about our kids being in the gym, which we handled as soon as it happened, however I was told by not only my children but another adult in the park it was another residences children that were playing in there with my kids. We also had an instance where the same man came and said there were complaints about how loud my son was at the pool in the middle of the day and how we needed to just down but two days later there were adults getting drunk and kids screaming at the pool and no one said anything. My son is challenged and I assumed with there being other challenged kids in the park it would be a good place for us but my son seemed to be a problem even though one of the other boys at the park was bullying him. I also asked when we first chose this park about the WiFi offered, I was told they were unsure but if we needed better WiFi we could pay for their paid WiFi that is $35 a month to use. The Wi-Fi’s are both them same speed one just has more channels where the free one everyone is on the same channel. When I asked about the speeds once we got there before trying the paid WiFi I was told by the office that the maintenance man told the office it didn’t matter the speed it mattered how good the signal is. As someone who worked for an internet company I know that is not the case and can say even their paid WiFi can not be used to work from home or do much of anything except stream with very little buffering. There is also very little cell service with Verizon and they don’t allow lined internet so we got Hotspot and even that had very little service.
