Hood to Coast Vacation Rentals

Hood To Coast Vacation Rentals LLC was started in 2010 by Tim & Frances Turner, and Charles Cain. As avid snow sport enthusiasts we found ourselves staying on the mountain several times throughout the Winter in various vacation rentals and area hotels. We often found that when we did not plan weeks ahead that the whole mountain was booked , or at least the places we enjoyed staying. On the way home from a day on the mountain we stopped to look at what was available to purchase at a local realtors office, and made an appointment to look at a few properties. We then purchased Zig Zag Cabin, and began the remodel to make it our own. In September of 2010 with the remodel complete we began enjoying the mountain for the first time when it was not winter , only to discover how much the mountain has to offer year round. In November we began offering the Cabin for rent for the first time to guests and had a positive experience with sharing our home with other families, when we are not enjoying it ourselves. After having rented the cabin for a little more than a year, a goal of acquiring a few more properties on the mountain and in the future retiring on the mountain and managing  our vacation rentals was born. In January of 2012 we purchased Zig Zag Cottage our second property ,and are already planning towards future investments on the mountain.
