“Best Breakfast in Asheville!”

This West Asheville eatery has received a lot of national attention in past year's. Everyone from Fodor's to Southern Living have touted the amazing breakfast this place serves up. Their food is so good that people will gladly stand outside in the rain while waiting for a table. We are a family owned independent restaurant serving upscale comfort food from dawn to dusk. Whether you want breakfast for dinner or a scrumptious dessert for breakfast we would love to satisfy your craving. We take pride in our made-from-scratch products and farm-to-table approach with our menu selections. As a mater of fact we like fresh ingredients so much we have our own Sunny Point Garden adjacent to the restaurant. Feel free to walk through it before or after your meal.

I've been here many times, but my most recent visit was for Easter Brunch. Since it's dog friendly, we got to bring our pup with us and he enjoyed the food as much as we did. I always leave here cozy, comfortable, and incredibly full. The chipolte cheese grits and their biscuits are food of the gods.

Goodmorning America rated this the Best Breakfast...not only in Asheville...but in America. The Huevos Rancheros are what won, specifically. I had them and I'd say it's a deserving title. They were stellar, and definitely comfort food-delicious while being a touch unconventional. There is cilantro, a black bean cake, feta cheese...just generally good stuff that isn't a normal part of the recipe. A must. I couldn't finish my plate, but that was because I was stuffed. The waitress, who was awesome, described the meal as riding a fine line between being a protein shot and inducing a food coma. In the best possible way.

Next time I go back, I want to try the carrot pancake/waffles (it was something like that).
