The Toasted Frog© is an eclectic, fun, inviting restaurant and lounge that has been serving downtown Grand Forks since May of 2006, and downtown Bismarck since December of 2010. We pride ourselves on providing an experience that includes serving exemplary food and beverages, with professional, friendly service, in a laid-back, warm, welcoming atmosphere. With extensive martini, wine, beer, and spirits lists, The Toasted Frog has a little bit of something for everyone. Our menu is diverse, ranging from appetizers, salads and soup, to lavosh, entrees, and wood-fired pizzas. Everything is made from scratch, with an emphasis put on using the finest ingredients available. Executive Chef Scott Franz leads the Toasted Frog’s culinary team. Franz, a Grand Forks native, has been with The Toasted Frog since day one. His creativity continues to be the driving force behind The Toasted Frog. Chef Franz continually holds himself and his team to the highest standards when it comes to The Toasted Frog’s menu development, preparation, and execution.
