“intimate, unique and unforgettably delicious”
You're not going to find another Italian restaurant in the Boulder Valley — and possibly all of Colorado — that's as intimate, unique and unforgettably delicious as Il Pastaio. A true mom-and-pop venture founded by Giuseppe and Marta Oreamuno in 2000, we strive to deliver the finest in Italian cuisine in an atmosphere that is both warm and friendly. Specializing in hand-made pastas and sauces, we have a dizzying array of amazing Italian dishes for you and your family to choose from — everything from Arrabbiata to Zucca. Plus, keep your eyes open for the occasional Carribean favorite to reflect our Costa Rican heritage. Monday thru Friday we serve fantastic, reasonably-priced lunches and dinners. If you ever find yourself without a table or simply want to enjoy some of our finest in the comfort of your home or office, you can always get any of our dishes to go!
