Starting with the highest quality raw ingredients, Customshop’s handcrafted dishes are meticulously prepared. Owner and Executive Chef Trey Wilson is committed to supporting local and organic farm ventures by bringing his guests the freshest sustainable foods in the area. Weekly menu changes are tailored around the seasonal availability of produce, with seafood options created around the weekly catch of our local fisherman, Rock Stone. All pastas are made in-house and include favorites such as squid ink linguini and ricotta gnocchi.
