“Southern fare with a twist”

Famous for its pancakes and breakfast that is served all day, Aretha’s is a crowd-pleaser in North Chattanooga, on the north shore of the Tennessee River. The pancakes are such a hit, they now sell the mix by the box and case – either in the store or online via Frankenstein’s Mill. Aretha’s adds special touches such as Tazo tea and rich chocolate milk made with Ghiradelli chocolate as well as apple butter on every table. They also offer lunch and dinner. This place is so popular it’s been featured on Rachel Ray’s television show.
