Bill and Giuliana Rancic, Doug Psaltis, and RJ, Jerrod and Molly Melman bring a sophisticated and modern approach to Italian cuisine. Chef Psaltis creates an innovative menu that includes a number of dishes inspired by Giuliana's own mom, "Mama DePandi," who has become a well-known personality on the couple's hit Style Network show, Giuliana & Bill. RPM's menu features modern Italian cuisine with a nod to the classics. The menu is both sophisticated and unpretentious, featuring cold and hot antipasti, pizzettes, cicchetti (small bites), crudo, imported cheeses and salumis. The restaurant prominently features more than a dozen freshly prepared in-house pastas. Selections include: Mama DePandi's Bucatini Pomodoro, Duck Agnolotti with Black Mission Figs and Maine Lobster Ravioli. Salads include: Shaved Brussels Sprouts, Avocado and Parmesan, and Tuscan Kale with Pepperoncini and Pecorino. Heartier dishes include a selection of prime steaks, chops, slow-roasted meats and whole wood-grilled Branzino. RPM Italian features an open bar area where guests can enjoy cocktails designed by acclaimed bartender Paul McGee, director of cocktail development for Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. The space is chic and modern, set in tones of blacks, whites and greys. The expansive open space is ideal for dinner, a quick bite or late nights. For those looking to host a private meeting, small gathering or large-scale event, RPM Italian has four private spaces to accommodate groups sized from eight to 50.
