“getting creative with the classics”
To provide the people of our community with pastry and breads which are made by hand with care and attention to quality,using only the freshest of ingredients. We support and promote our Ohio farmers and producers by showcasing the bounty of their harvest in our products. We offer our customers an alternative to the mass produced by committing our passion for the craft to creating good wholesome food. We will remain creative with and inspired by the cultural diversity and layers of tradition our community offers us. Cognoscenti caution "don't even think about counting calories" at chef Heather Haviland's "hip" Tremont New American cafe and bakery that gets "creative with the classics" and sources "fresh, fresh, fresh" ingredients locally; a few find it a bit "pricey" for what you get, but "friendly" service and what many swear is the "best brunch in Cleveland" ("go early", especially on Sundays), as well as "amazing" breakfasts and lunches make it a "must-try" for many.
