“homemade everything and a passion for the people they serve”
Oliver's has been in business since 1983 and has loved every minute of it. Mike and Betsy Oliver had worked in family owned Deli's their whole life. After meeting in Vail, Colorado Mike and Betsy moved to Colorado Springs in 1983 and created Oliver's Delicatessen. Today they feature the same friendly service, homemade everything and a passion for the people they serve. Mike and Betsy have three children: Andrew, Justin and McKenzie. The Oliver's are avid dog lovers and have four labradoodles Skye, Bailey, Murphy and Mia. Come see why Oliver's Deli is going into its 30th year of business.
