Rasar State Park is a 169-acre camping park with 4,000 feet of freshwater shoreline on the Skagit River. Wildlife observation opportunities, especially for eagle watching, are excellent, particularly in early fall and early winter.
Darn near perfect family campground. Outdoor movies, Jr. Ranger program, lots of trails for hiking and biking, sandy beach, woodsy campsites and the most breathtaking views around every corner.
Stopped here for lunch as campsites were full. Beautiful area with places for kids to ride bikes, hiking trails, beach on River, playground, clean, clean, clean. Picturesque with dense canopy of trees and tons of ferns.
