“Great for kids and adults”
Last Stand Diner & Saloon was built from the walls-in to fill a real need in the community. The town of Coulee City hasn’t always had the most restaurants, but when a number closed in Soap Lake, Sheila Milano decided it was time to do something. Along with the help of Darilyn, her best friend, sister and master bartender, the decision was made to create something that people in town, across the county, and around the world would rave about. Unlike other places to eat within a 30-mile radius, at the Last Stand Diner & Saloon, you can bring your kids along while also enjoying a draft beer or mixed drink from the full bar. You can play a game of pool in the all-ages area, spend some time in the arcade, or leave the kids behind to go out back to the beer garden for to enjoy the sunshine or tobacco products. With four screens running satellite TV and a wholly renovated bar and dining area, with a completely new menu and re-imagined dining room, the Last Stand Diner and Saloon stands alone. We strive to keep menu prices so low even the locals will love the place, and the quality to high that even the casual passer-through will make certain to come back every time they pass through town in the future.
