“A local bistro in Centennial Village”
When you walk the streets of the French countryside searching for that perfect little bistro to stop at for dinner, you might notice their “a toute heure” menu written up on the blackboard and perched outside. This daily menu usually highlights the chef’s specials for the night and is full of seasonal treasures that locals know are the best find for the night. When we opened A Toute Heure in May of 2007, we built an entire bistro around those menus - the chef’s specials, local foods, seasonal treasures, and whatever looked best at the market that morning! The menus are ever-changing, the dishes full of the seasons best vegetables and fruit, and the meat and fish from the local area and fresh as can be. Today, we are still working and staying true to our “anytime” roots! Andrea still goes to market and sources what she can from local farmers & purveyors (yep, even in the snow). In warmer months, she and Hunter tend to our 1/4 acre kitchen gardens, Jack's Run Gardens. The fishmonger still yells the loudest for our local fish at 2 am in the city. Our butchers work to find us meats that are humanely raised. Kara works among the boiling pots in the kitchen to craft a menu with layers of flavors and influences. And, Jim, well we all know he is the one out front, causing trouble and meeting all of you - our customers! So, welcome to A Toute Heure! We certainly hope you enjoy your meal.
