“Craft distillery focusing on the science of making quality spirits”

A unique operation that will utilize KY grains grown within 2 miles of the distillery on the Caverndale Farms. Grains will be milled on-site, cooked, fermented and then distilled in a custom made copper still from Vendome Copper works in Louisville, KY. The various spirits will then be aged or processed and bottled on-site for a grain to bottle craft operation with every attention to detail. Craft distillery focusing on the science of making quality spirits. We will be offering tours, educational events, training courses and tasting events throughout the year.
As of right now, we’re on schedule to bottle our first run in spring 2018.

Okay, they're open, but they still don't have bourbon. Don't let that stop you from visiting-- they make other liquor, and it's all pretty good. Rum aged in old bourbon bottles, unfiltered vodka, etc. They're really knowledgeable about the science of bourbon and booze, which is a different take.
