Old Fashion Christmas 1991, Javier, our new baby Christian and I strolled past a for sale sign in the window of a greasy spoon diner called "the Dunedin Grill." Years of our blood sweat and tears transformed the Dunedin local into the thriving, unique and friendly downtown staple now known as Casa Tina's.... ...After 16 years of trying to secure the larger space next door for our original restaurant we were left with the following dilemma- What to do with this cozy space that nurtured our business and family for all of these years. A few bike rides and glasses of spirits later lead us to the decision that a wine and tapas bar would be the perfect complement to our flagship store.
