Thyme restaurant was opened in April 2011 by the husband and wife team of Adrian and Rachael Yots. Both classically trained chefs, the couple met in the kitchen of Fish out of Water at the Watercolor in Seaside, Fl. While there, the couple learned the art of locally sourced foods and farm to table produce. Both Fish out of Water and the Watercolor Inn earned both four star and four diamond ratings by “Travel and Leisure” magazine as well as a James Beard, “Best Chef of the South” nomination for its chef.
