“offering unique sandwiches, salads, & fondues”
The menu offers unique sandwiches, salads, fondues and a variety of wood fired pizzas. The whole family will enjoy this casual dining experience. You can watch the chefs at Beaver Street Brewery create your meal in our open kitchen or view the brewer creating our handcrafted ales and lagers behind the bar. There is also a seasonal outdoor beer garden
Their special pizza was the "Fiery Hawaiian Barbecue" when we visited. It was a Hawaiian/Barbecue combination, with pickled jalapeños on top for good measure. It was delicious! Apparently the brewer will also show you around their small setup if he (she?) is in, but that wasn't the case when we were there. The owners of this brewery/restaurant also own the nearby Lumberyard Brewing Company, and Beaver Street had a bunch of Lumberyard beers on tap, so you probably don't need to visit both unless you really want to try every beer on the "Flagstaff Ale Trail".
Great price, fun atmosphere, fast and friendly service and the best portobello burger I've ever had, by far. Fries are good, beer is good and fairly priced.
Awesome food and great service! The atmosphere was pretty cool as well, and of course, the beer was great. I'm not a huge fan of beer, generally, but the waitress helped me to find a shandy that I would like. I would definitely go back again.
We walked in and sat at the bar, there wasn't too many people there and our service was quick- for drinks and dinner. We ordered the meatloaf and the salmon with rice and veggies. We both enjoyed it a lot! Good sized portions too and that is coming from two Texans. We ordered their craft in house made beer and it had the word "diamond" in the name, loved it. Light, crisp, and uniquely flavored... Great for craft beer novice.
