“A quality focused menu”
Odette is a neighborhood eatery and shop in historic downtown Florence, Alabama serving elevated American fare with southern and international influences. The menu features locally‑ and sustainably‑sourced ingredients in a contemporary, inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Owner Celeste Pillow has created the neighborhood restaurant she’d like to frequent. Through her experience working in Manhattan restaurants and her love of food and art, Celeste has modeled Odette, named for her paternal great‑grandmother, to embody the modern approach of urban, farm-focused dining without the pretension. A long bar designed for enjoying both cocktails and meals is beautifully detailed with a solid-slab concrete top and handmade tiles below. Odette’s full bar menu offers artfully executed classic libations from the vault, alongside new tricks that demonstrate a culinary approach in marrying cocktail flavors. General Manager, Kristy Bevis, has curated a quality‑focused wine selection that thoughtfully compliments Chef Josh Quick’s cuisine, and a craft beer selection that highlights in‑state brews.
