“doughs made fresh daily”
Created in a Neapolitan style; our pizzas are made with Italian Caputo “00” flour; hand stretched to roughly 11”, topped with fresh ingredients, and made to order with no preservatives! Baked in our wood burning oven—which we imported from Tuscany—at roughly 800 degrees; our pizzas bake directly on the deck of the oven. The wood imparts a smoky flavor while the heat creates a crispy outer crust with a tender, moist inside—the black spots you see are intentional and are a result of the high temperature. Because it is our mission to provide exceptional customer service and a superior quality of food; 800 Degrees dough is handmade daily, our sausage is made from scratch, meat and vegetables are roasted in-house, and we use only free-range pork and chicken from Gunthrop Farms in Lagrange, IN.
