Flo's Cafe

Flo's is a charmingly eccentric place, that is open in winter, by the Grand Coulee Dam, which is a really impressive sight in winter. They have that wonderful and necessary staple of the Pacific Northwest breakfast, biscuits and gravy; and of course the flapjacks.
