“Some of the best seafood in Houston”
Chef Bryan Caswell cooks some of the best seafood in Houston–and when his shift is over he goes out for cheese enchiladas. After graduating from the CIA in Hyde Park and working for Jean Georges Vongerichten in New York, Hong Kong and Barcelona, Caswell came home to Houston. His award-winning restaurant REEF was named Best Seafood Restaurant in the country by Bon Appetit Magazine in 2009. Caswell was nominated for the James Beard Award for Best Chef Southwest in 2010. He is also head chef and co-owner of Little Bigs and Stella Sola. Food and Beverage Guru Bill Floyd grew up eating puffy tacos in San Antonio. Although he has plenty on his plate running the restaurants he co-owns with Caswell including REEF, Little Bigs, and Stella Sola, he has always dreamed of having his own Tex-Mex Restaurant with really good puffy tacos. Third Amigo Robb Walsh is the author of the Tex-Mex Cookbook, The Tex-Mex Grill, and Nuevo Tex-Mex. He is the former restaurant critic of the Houston Press and a two-time James Beard Journalism Award winner. He likes to makes chorizo in his spare time.
