Little Bigs

We get asked a lot "Where did the name 'Little Bigs' come from?" Well, the story goes like this: Bryan Caswell’s father had two uncles- two very, opposite uncles.  Uncle #1 was a big burly man who was very soft-spoken; Uncle #2 was a small, scrappy guy who was a fieasty spitfire.  Uncle #1 was always called Big Little Man; Uncle #2 Little Big Man– a big man in a really small package… the real inspiration behind the name for the little burgers with the really big taste.
