“Originally built in 1885”
The Old Northside Bed & Breakfast is located in the middle of the historic Old Northside neighborhood in Indianapolis which is on the historic register as the Dewenter-Greenen House, built in 1885 by industrialist Herman Dewenter. Local businessman/entertainer/politician Gary Hofmeister acquired the house in 1994 to make it into a luxury Bed & Breakfast worthy of its history and lineage. Original artwork from various parts of the world adorn the walls and a Ukrainian artist hand painted several murals and ceilings of the quaint Bed and Breakfast located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Guest comfort and services are the prime concerns with many free amenities such as private parking, hundreds of movies, cable TV, popcorn, soft drinks, bottled water, free WiFi, a 24/7 snack bar and the complete breakfast at a time of your choosing. There are never any extra charges.
