“It's showdown time, pard!”
Here at Cactus Bob's we do nothing but "competition-style" BBQ. We smoke our pork butts and beef briskets with 100% hickory wood, up to 30 hours, to give them a rich smoke taste and tender texture.Baby Back and St. Louis style ribs come out of the smoker with a beautiful rub crust and darn near fall of the bone. The all white meat smoked turkey breast and half chickens are so juicy you're sure to ask how we do it.Even our sausages will make you wonder just what our secret is. Mix our award-winning smoked meats with your choice of homemade sides, eleven different original receipe BBQ sauces, great service, made from scratch desserts, and a relaxed atmosphere and we know you'll be in for a real treat.
