Mickey's in Kaplan knows how to make a great burger. They also add to the list of Hamburger Po-boys in the Acadiana area. The famous Cajun Burger is served here and Mickey's has been serving it since 1968. 1. The Mickey's Po-boy has a real home-made taste. Filling, tasy, and a backyard burger feel. You can add as many toppings as you like, The bun is soft and I barely needed a napkin. A zero on the messiness scale. 2. Mickey's traditional cajun burger is full of secrets. A true local Acadiana taste with a special cajun sauce, and the pati is one of the best home-made pati's I have tasted. Freshly ground daily, and served to thousands.
