An American cuisine Strip restaurant where you're likely to spend around $700 for two people (this includes the prix fixe menu and wine pairings, plus a few cocktails). Inside the swanky Aria, Sage focuses on preparing high-quality seasonal ingredients as simply and creatively as possible, with a cocktail menu designed by one of Eater's 2014 Young Gun picks, Craig Schoettler.
