Fuel is a Modern French Bistro located in downtown Lewiston, Maine.We specialize in country French cuisine, like steak frites, boeuf bourguignon, braised beef short ribs, and other traditional dishes.Additionally, our talented kitchen offers a 4 course tasting every night, which is made especially for your table. Our heavily stocked bar boasts a 210 bottle wine list, with 25 bottles under $25.00.  And, we offer 30 wines by the glass, starting at $5.00. Our spirits list is extensive, with 27 different vodkas and 29 different choices of whiskey.Parking for our restaurant is typically available on the street right in front of our building.  If not, there is a parking garage very close, right on Park Street.Walk-ins are welcome anytime, however we highly recommend reservations on Friday and Saturday night.Come enjoy city life with us.
