“Western Kentucky dry rub”
We serve sandwiches (comes with chips) as well as dinners (one meat and two sides),combo dinners (two meats and two sides), afull platter (three meats and three sides), and avariety of sides; salads, desserts, and a full kids menu. We work toward our goal, plate by plate, with tender beef, pork, and chicken slowly cooked according to our special family recipes.The work of “pulled-by-hand” creates the ideal mix of crusty, smoky tender and juicy meat from the inside out. Meat proteins are first rubbed with a Memphis-style, Western Kentucky spin dry rub spice blend and smoked over an open fire pit for 3–15 hours to form a savory crust.We finish off the tender meats with a healthy splash of a tangy, semi-sweet barbecue sauce or our Western Kentucky dip sauce to complement the spicy rub and smoky meat. Our sauces are made in-house to keep the recipe secret from those who would use it only for evil.
