Permission from Dow Villa Motel absolutely required; obtain permission from Motel in person upon arrival, or by telephone earlier on the day of arrival. Signage: 'Use of this lot is by permission of Dow Villa Motel. All other vehicles may be towed at owner's expense.' Paved lot is level, lighted by street lights, & appears safe. Possible US 395 traffic noise. The Grill restaurant adjacent; McDonald's, Lone Pine Smokehouse across US 395, 5 - 6 additional restaurants within a 3 - 4 block walk to the N.
