Our Executive Chef, Ken W., devoted himself over 11 years to continuously studying and cooking the Japanese cuisine, and Our Manager, C.K. Tsang, with over a decade of hospitality experience in Japanese restaurants, both passionately love the Japanese cuisine and highly respect the traditional spirit behind Japanese food, "Natural & Harmony". Whatever dish we make, we endeavor to deliver the freshest and best natural flavor of food to you. The ingredients and dishes must be in harmony with each other to make a wonderful meal for our customers. So we put emphasis on the quality of the ingredients. Most of them reach our restaurant freshly each day morning. For rice, we carefully select a top-end Japanese rice which is very soft and tender that is best suit to make sushi. It is said, "Eating is Enjoyment". We cook with our hearts to provide delicious and high-quality food for our customers. Ken and CK have traveled Japan and many other countries to explore the various styles of Japanese food, especially study the trendy way of Japanese cooking and want to introduce them to New Orleans.
