“We are street gourmet”
If you're looking for a decidedly eclectic dining experience, then perhaps check out Noodle Head, or any of the other gourmet street vendors in the Miami area. Though the digs are small, the flavors are huge.
A pioneer in the mobile dining scene and a Miami native, chef Jeremiah Bullfrog launched his latest eatery inside shipping containers during Art Basel 2014 and now has a permit to cook on an empty lot in Wynwood. Though the menu changes regularly, art seekers were given the option of five pasta styles and five toppings (think kale pesto and brisket ragu) for $9 and $1 add-ons like roast pork and soft egg.
