Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on December 06, 2019I ruptured my Achilles our first day in Maine and had surgery. Rather than move every week or so as planned, we wanted to find a somewhat central location to explore the area. We came across Naples KOA. Being a KOA, it has the amenities that would would expect, 2 playgrounds, heated pool, and a basketball court. We have a 3 year old and she looked forward to the weekend activities. We even participated in a chili cook off!
The sites were large with easy access and offered full hookups. Everything was well maintained and they are expanding with a water park, and pull through sites.
Naples is a quaint town, and we found found u-pick blueberries and apples nearby. Portland was a little drive, so we made day trips when I had to go to the doctor. We also found Allagash Brewing that offers free flights. There are hiking trails nearby which made for a nice getaway for my wife.
Overall it was a great experience, the owners and staff were wonderful, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to visit the Portland area!

We stayed here while our kids were in camp. We were in site 904 which is in the new section. Long, level site with two sewer connections. The bath houses were the best we’ve seen. The new section is still a work in progress and the owners have plans for adding other amenities to the section. The KOA is about 1.5 miles for the lake resort town of Naples. WiFi was good and AT&T was 2 bars LTE. 4 bars when using our booster.

We stayed here with our 16 foot travel trailer in the newer section in the back. They are still working on this section and it is already a great area. Sites are huge and well-spaced. Each gravel site has grass/trees (newly planted so growing!) on both sides to offer some privacy from neighbors. Our row backed up to the forest, which we loved. Hookups were perfect, though I’m always stumped for why campsites choose to put the sewer hookup elevated/too high... the ergonomics of it didn’t work for us (more big-rig friendly I suppose).
The bathrooms and showers in our section were hands down the best we’ve seen in our 10,000 mile journey this summer! The wood is so fresh and smells so great, they are tended to so lovingly. Showers are individual and huge - with a nice bench for your items and hooks for towel/clothes.
We love the Long Lake/Sebago area and this KOA was so well situated for our favorite spots in the area... Sunsports in Naples for wakeboarding/wakesurfing, the Naples Lobster Pound, The Mosquito for ice cream in Raymond, and The Good Life (best fine foods market!).
We would absolutely stay here again, and are excited to see what else pops up in our favorite new section. WiFi was good, Verizon service excellent. Hosts are so helpful and kind and the entire staff just seems happy, which makes for happy campers :)

Decent enough campground. They are building a lot of new areas, so the campground map may not be accurate (the week we were there the Kamp K9 was under construction, but it is coming!). They keep the park clean and near Naples small town area on the water.
