Etch is the newest culinary venture from Chef Deb Paquette. Located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in downtown Nashville, Etch offers a private dining room, full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the chef and her kitchen. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday, featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts. The cuisine at Etch is complemented by our comprehensive wine list, featuring an extensive collection of wines from around the world. Guests can also enjoy our modern take on classic cocktails, along with a variety of eclectic beers and regional drafts. The longtime chef of Zola, Deb Paquette, developed a following for her blend of Mediterranean, Asian and African flavors, so Nashvillians cheered when she returned from a Caribbean sabbatical to open Etch. The dishes she's making here stand out in a city full of Southern comfort food. Look for the pairing of powerful spices with everyday ingredients like beets and cranberries tossed with harissa. The best seats in the house are at the bar facing the sprawling open kitchen.
