When we called they said to try using 5300 Old National Trail which finally got us there. We didn’t like the oleanders planted to divide the sites because they seemed too closed in. My husband said he didn’t like the bathroom because it was physically right next to the shower. The staff was friendly & the clubhouse seems nice but we didn’t check it out. The other thing that was strange was the long list of rules regarding behavior, which leads me to believe they sometimes get a different element of people. Maybe because it’s so close to Lake Havasu? Don’t know that we’d stay again.
We stopped here at Desert View on our way to the Grand Canyon. The spots are all pull-though and have really beautiful 6 foot hedges on either side of your spot, so it has a very nice private feeling. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is free wifi, a large pool, nice laundry facility, community room with 55" TV and some game area. Great for families. Despite the crazy hot weather in Needles, would highly recommend this place (even though it's on the pricey side).

From the extremely friendly staff to the pool we frequented almost daily, this place was great! Upon arrival, there are wide roads from the interstate and finding the park is easy. We checked in and got an escort to our spot from a very friendly man. The pull-thru spot we had was level and wide. Some people were able to fit their tow vehicle on the side of their rig during their stay but we parked horizontally in front with no issues. Our spot was also facing the quiet desert on one side and the pool on the other. Each site has bushes on either side for privacy.
We were really digging the pool (that had balls and a hoop) and the bathrooms right by the pool were clean with hot showers. Very well maintained. There was also a rec room right by the pool with tonsss of games, ping pong, basketball... all kinds of fun things with an even cleaner bathroom in that building. There's also a kitchen in the building that's open 24/7 and a big map where you can put a pin in where you're from. Laundry room is on the other side of the rec room and is clean and well maintained as well.
The closest grocery store or gas station is right over the river in Arizona with insanely cheap gas prices and it's a fun drive...
All in all, great place. The only issue (which clearly isn't their fault..) is the tonsss of red ants in the gravel at our site. I sprayed bug killer around all of our tires and hook ups and they didn't come back but be cautious.

The management team was so nice every step of the way. On the phone, during check in, and a guided entry to our space. Easy pull in spaces (good for the first stop on our shake down trip). Full hookups, a nice little concrete patio and privacy oleander bushes.
This was just a way stop for us, so easy access was more important than surrounding amenities.

Stopped over for the night on our way to Sequoia park. Rocky (manager) was awesome. We got there kind of late but I called the number and he came right over to help us get to our spot. Pool was open 24/7 so we were able to take the kids over for a late night swim. Met some really nice people there too. Great facilities and nice space between sites. Separated with bushes to give sites more privacy. Highly recommend this park.

Stopped here for a quick overnight -- it's close to I-40 -- and was impressed by how pretty it was. Excellent privacy with tall flowering hedges between the sites. Dead-level gravel pull-through site with a concrete patio on the passenger side. Was in the middle of the park but still had nice desert views above/between other rigs. Well-maintained pool and club-house. Extremely friendly and helpful staff -- thanks Natalie! Nice neighborhood feel -- there appeared to be a significant number of snow-birds there (all very friendly), and the clubhouse had a series of weekly social activities posted. I will definitely stay there again when passing through.

After having read nothing but incredibly positive reviews for this RV park, I was shocked at how horrible my experience was from check-in to check-out. Even just driving to my spot, I could see that the pictures of this park that are posted are really misleading. Perhaps the spots on the perimeter of the park are nice and open, but the area of the park where I stayed was more like a crowded, cluttered, loud, rude, low-income neighborhood.
From the moment that I pulled my rig (a 25' Airstream) into my spot, there were at least three other people from various other spots yelling and rolling their eyes as they attempted to give me unsolicited driving instructions on pulling in. The employee from the resort just sat in his golf cart and did not attempt to intervene in what was basically verbal assault. Meanwhile, two of the spots across from mine had large trucks parked in front of their rigs, which extended into the street and prevented me from pulling into my area safely. I was unclear as to whether it was the owners of these trucks yelling at me to turn every which way but in.
After finally pulling in to my spot, the large overgrown foliage on either side of my area prevented me from using any of the awnings and made it extremely difficult to handle hooking up. Again, I have an Airstream--no slides, and just about as narrow of a rig as there is, and I did not have enough lateral room.
The sides to all sides were cluttered with several vehicles each, and the row across from my spot was almost entirely private properties--so small shanty type houses with unbelievable numbers of grills, spare tires, broken outdoor furniture, lights, trash, etc.
I included a photo of the site behind mine, as an example of the overgrowth and the number of alternative vehicles most sites had. Note that this image does not include the tow vehicle for this particular rig.

Let me start with...there is nothing to do in Needles, CA! We stayed here, wasting some time before an event in Lake Havasu, not knowing what Needles was like. There is one decent little restaurant in town and that is it! At least 30 minute drive to grocery store in Fort Mohave, with more to do in Bull Head City and Laughlin, AZ. Gas is much cheaper in AZ as well. With that said, we are pulling a 44' 5th wheel. It was easy getting into the park, which is right off of I-40 and check in was also easy, office was new and clean. Our bill was $30 more than expected because they somehow forgot to add a "bed tax" to our bill. We were escorted to our site, which was an easy, level, pull through site with a large cement patio. We barely fit in without over extending into the roadway at 44'. There is crazy amount of privacy between the sites with huge, 15' tall bushes. This made it somewhat difficult to get to our connections and extend the slides without scrapping the sides of the rig, but we made it work. There are beautiful palm trees and plenty of lighting at night. The clubhouse is quite antiquated and the pool is nothing fancy. Laundry was clean and the machines worked well. Small, fenced in dog area. They offered free Wifi but the password they gave us never worked. Happy hour on Friday nights and some cards during the day. The term "resort" may be a stretch. If this park were in a different town, I would probably stay there again.

This park would be a bargain at twice the price. We stayed here for several days and really enjoyed it. The hedges between the sites offer tons of privacy and quite a bit of shade. The manager and maintenance man were both very kind. The grounds are well-maintained and very clean.
We spent our days in the Jeep, taking advantage of the OHV trails on the southeastern edge of Mojave National Preserve (map available on the preserve’s website), and checking out the wildlife in the desert (mostly snakes, lizards, jackrabbits). The desert isn’t for everyone but can be a lot of fun if you’re feeling a little adventurous. Would recommend 100%!

We stayed for one night and had a nice check-in. They were very nice and took the time to take us to our space. I like the privacy of hedges between the spaces. We had an easy pull through space. The pool area was spotlessly clean, with an outdoor shower and bathrooms. The park is about a mile to the river, which was a little disappointing. Wish it was closer. And there was no picnic table or fire pit or grill at our space but we did have all utilities and concrete pad.
