“eating, drinking, & carrying on!”
Café Adelaide is shaking up the New Orleans scene, dishing up a playful take on Creole cuisine with a side order of Big Easy bacchanalia served by the gracious hands of the new generation of infamous Brennan restaurant “brats” Ti Adelaide Martin and Lally Brennan. Situated in the downtown warehouse district’s Loews New Orleans Hotel, Café Adelaide & the Swizzle Stick Bar is inspired by the Brennan family's beloved Aunt Adelaide, who personified the avant-garde cocktail culture of the late 1950s and 1960s, and represents the joie de vivre of all that is New Orleans. Executive Chef Chris Barbato and Bar Chef Lu Brow head up the culinary team. Café Adelaide offers breakfast seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.; lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; and dinner seven nights a week. The Swizzle Stick Bar is open from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day and offers a special bar menu.
