"Make no plans for dinner" after tucking into the bottomless lunch buffet at this Treme Creole-soul treasure where chef-owner Wayne Baquet and his "friendly" team dole out "down-home breakfasts" and "flavorful" staples like "fantastic" fried chicken and "awesome" gumbo; "casual" and "small", it's "often packed" with neighbors who appreciate the "easy-on-the-wallet" tabs; P.S. now serving dinner Thursdays–Saturdays.
Great food, fried chicken, red beans and rice, fried catfish, trout... Everything we tried was excellent. Be prepared to wait for a table on any day...but it's worth it! We will always be back! Read more
